Professionally installed and uninstalled. Our HVAC tech says no damage, everything in good condition. We can refer you to him for installation if you need. He says these perform solidly for 5-6 years. We feel it's fairly priced considering you probably have 2 good years left in it, maybe a little more.

We cleaned coils regularly, serviced yearly, and outdoor units were in a covered area so didn't get rained or snowed on.

Remote has a timer function which allows you to set it day by day to go off an on in a specific number of hours rather than a time on the clock.

Indoor Unit casing is a little dingy. We cleaned it, but it's more beige looking than the white it used to be. Doesn't affect function, but I'd probably use this in a garage, studio, workplace, or den rather than my living room.

Pickup is 10min north of North Boulder on Olde Stage, near base of Lee Hill.
You can rent a ramp and a dolly from Home Depot and with some ratchet straps we can get it into the bed of a truck
